My areas of expertise include Trauma Recovery, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and Relationship Issues

Teens and Adults.

Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness,
Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Psychotherapy

to customize therapy for each client's individual needs and goals.

I hold a Masters Degree

Counseling Psychology
